Georgia Baptist Heritage Grant
The Mercer University Baptist Heritage Grant Program underscores the significance of programs available to Baptist students and ensures that they will have enhanced opportunities to attend Mercer. Each year, the Program recognizes students for their social and moral leadership. The grant is renewable for students who maintain satisfactory academic progress and a sufficient number of semester hours each academic term. It may be combined with merit and need-based aid, so long as the total does not exceed full tuition.
To be eligible for grant consideration:
-
The students must apply and be accepted as a full-time, incoming student into one of the traditional undergraduate programs on the Macon Campus.
-
The Pastor or Church Minister from the student's home church must submit written confirmation on church letterhead verifying student's active membership in a Baptist congregation.
